In Nova's chat, Poe's badge is an outline, Quill's is filled, and Moth's is filled with a pip. Poe is new, Quill is known, and Moth is close. The number beside each name is the gifter level, and on these screens that level is 1. The mark picks up structure as the history does. A broken streak doesn't lower the badge. Twitch subscription badges are the precedent. They count time with one channel.
